Apply for tenancy with Evangel Housing Societies

Find below the application form for the building of your choice.  You need to complete a separate application for each building for which you apply. 

To apply digitally using the PDF Application Form:

  1. Download and save the PDF application to your computer.
  2. Open the PDF application from your computer in Adobe Acrobat Reader (or a comparable PDF Reader/Editor).
  3. Select the "Fill & Sign" option.
  4. Complete ALL application questions.
  5. Save your work often.
  6. Once you have finished completing the application perform one final save to your computer. 
  7. Use the Contact page on this website to upload and submit your completed application form.

To apply by mail:

  1. Print the PDF application form.
  2. Complete ALL application questions.
  3. Make a copy of the completed application for your records.
  4. Mail your completed application to: Evangel Housing Societies, #100-969 Harvey Avenue, Kelowna, BC  V1Y 8M8

To apply by fax:

  1. Print the PDF application form.
  2. Complete ALL application questions.
  3. Make a copy of the completed application for your records.
  4. Fax your completed application to 1-778-381-7378 (please remember the "1" in the fax number)

To apply in person:

  1. To deliver your application or pick-up an application in person you MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Appointments are available by request on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY,  9am-11am (by appointment).
  2. Leave a  voicemail by calling 250-762-6225 or use the Contact Form to request an appointment. You will be contacted to confirm your appointment.
